Return Window

You have up to 30 days from the date of receiving your item(s) to submit a return request. Returns made after 30 days from the date of receipt will not be accepted. We aim to process all returns and refunds within 5 business days of receiving the return item.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@vogatiques.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us right away so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including final sale items, freebies, and gift cards. Due to hygiene concerns, underwear and intimate items are non-returnable unless they are damaged or faulty. Similarly, final sale products and accessories (including jewelry, gloves, handbags, etc.) can only be returned if they are damaged or faulty upon arrival.

Exchanges

For the quickest service, please contact Vogatiques customer support at support@vogatiques.com if you wish to exchange an item. Please note that exchanges are limited to one per item, so ensure you are certain before initiating a return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please be aware that your bank or credit card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

Please provide us with the tracking number and logistics carrier information via email as soon as you ship your return. While we aim to process returns and refunds within 5 business days, delays are possible due to health and safety reasons.
